Mandy moved to Cochrane 3 years ago after graduating from massage school in her hometown of Windsor Ontario. Mandy loves being in the fresh air near the mountains and when she is not treating clients she spends her time reading, hanging out with her husband and their 2 dogs. 

Mandy spent most of her working career at a desk and behind a computer and decided one day that she needed a change so back to school she went! She became a yoga teacher and shortly after that enrolled in college to become a massage therapist. Treating clients and seeing them more relaxed and feeling better after a treatment is one of her favorites things about having a career in massage. 

Mandy's treatments although therapeutic will leave you feeling very relaxed as she has a relaxation touch to her treatments. Cupping and hot stones are two of her favorite tools to use in order to help those pesky sore muscles melt or to help relax the body and mind. Pregnant? Mandy also works with expectant mother's to help relieve any tension that you may be feeling with all the new changes happening in your body.
